Join us for our CrossFit Kids program! It’s designed to get your kid moving, building teamwork and friendships all while having fun with fitness.
An intro to Crossfit to ensure your safety
If you’re a beginner no need to worry! At Crossfit Burleson all of our brand new athletes have the option to complete a program called “On Ramp” before entering class. We highly recommend that you take advantage of this intro program. We will introduce you to the barbell, ensure your safety, teach you the basic lifts, and show you alternative options to movements you’re not quite ready for.
Not only does this better prepare you for class, it makes our athletes feel comfortable and starts to develop the important client/coach friendship that is so important.
Group classes led by a certified coach
In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try, you’ll never leave us!
1-on-1 with a certified coach
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We are trained to help you with existing injuries, tailor a program just for you, concentrate on fat loss, building muscle, or just helping you be a healthier version of you! We have several trainers available and will pair you up with someone that will help you with your goals.
Olympic Lifting Classes

Here at CFB we offer Olympic Lifting Classes. This includes power cleans, squat cleans, power snatches, squat snatches, and the jerk. We cycle through each of these lifts and offer small group classes so that the integrity of the coaching stays intact.

We are equipped with an In Body Scanner that will help you and your nutritionist closely monitor your progress. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or both…we can help you!
