Get started at your own pace

This is a great on-ramp to Crossfit group classes. You'll have 3 Personal Training sessions where we'll talk about the different movements you'll encounter, talk about your fitness goals, and put you through some scaled down workouts. Then, you'll sit down one of our nutritional coaches to talk how we can help you meet you goals.
