Fitness made fun for kids

Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe!  Our kids class accommodates ages 5-10.  In these classes we cover strength and agility, the basics of olympic lifts, coordination, discipline, and basic nutrition.  We would love to have your kiddo and offer their first week for FREE!

Class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm
