5 minute AMRAP

A: 5 muscle-ups (ring or bar), 5 squat cleans 155/105 and 5 box jumps 30/24

I: 5 pull-ups, 5 squat cleans 115/75 and 5 box jumps 24/20

B: 5 pull-ups, 5 squat cleans 95/65 and 5 box jumps 20/16

 

then from 5-10 minutes establish a max complex: 1 clean, 1 hang clean, 1 front squat, 1 jerk

 

Then, for time.

18, 12, 6 reps of:

A: Deadlifts at your complex weight and HSPU
