Meet our member Joe! You can mostly find Joe at the 9:30am class or sometimes that 5:30am class depending on his demanding work schedule. No matter what his weekly shift looks like, he always finds time to show up and show out with no excuses. He often comes directly from work off of a night shift and STILL gets his daily workout in before sleeping. That is DEDICATION!
After his workout, he is often popping SweetTarts before completing his strength for the day, and doesn’t mind sharing them either.
You can always count on Joe! Whether it be for a post wod snack, a startling yet encouraging yell from across the gym when you’re struggling, or simply re-racking lifts that we fail, Joe is always down to help.
If you are hot natured, you should 100% come work out with Joe. He demands the fan anytime it is over 30* Fahrenheit in the gym.
