In teams of 3 x 5 Rounds of:
Max Reps of:
Station 1: Wallballs (20, 14) x 60s
Station 2: Burpees x 60s
Station 3: Rope Climbs x 60s
Station 4: Rest Station

L2: (14, 10) (Half Rope Climbs, ground to standing)
L1: (10, 8) (Bike or Row for calories in place of Rope Climbs)
*Score = total reps

Just to be clear:
*Athlete 1 starts at station #1
Athlete 2 starts at station #2
Athlete 3 starts at station #3
All Athletes move through in order accumulating max reps at each station. There will always be at least 2 people working at once. Each athlete will go through each station a total of 5 times.
