Crossfit Teens

Specific programming for TEENS!

Crossfit Teens is specifically programmed to compliment any sport your child plays or to improve health and fitness in general.  This class is for ages 11-15.  It is so important to build a foundation in our youth at this age.  Class is every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30.  Here they will learn how to safely move a barbell, agility, conditioning, discipline, integrity, Olympic Lifting, and basic nutrition.
