Fred Eicholtz III
Growing up, I always enjoyed the different sports that I competed in. They ranged from baseball, football, soccer, and all the way to karate. My enjoyment came from the challenges that these activities presented. I played football, baseball, and pole vaulted through my high school years. Once college hit, I joined the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University. Again, I was challenged as a student from an educational point as well as a physical fitness point. This led me to the path of becoming an AFAA certified Group Instructor that taught classes focusing on Boot Camp Style and Sports Conditioning. I guess you could say that functional fitness has been ingrained in me. Fast forward to the present….CrossFit found me in 2014. I immediately fell in love with the challenging aspects of CrossFit which include the varied movements. As a Master aged athlete, I can truly say that CrossFit has allowed me to be in the best shape of my life, not just for me but for my family. The results and the passion and the community that CrossFit Burleson pours out is the fuel that fires me to share this with others via coaching. Saddle up CFB, “Paw Paw” is in town.
