In teams of 3 for max distance:
”Carry”
0:00-15:00
Rotate between Barbell Carry either Front Rack or Back Rack (135, 95)
”Push”
15:00-30:00
Max 100 Meters Sledpushes (light)
”Recover”
30:00-40:00
10 Minutes of easy rowing, bike, ski erg or jogging. You can even use a light sledpull powerwalk here.
*One person work at a time.
