Skill work: HSPU (10 minutes)

WOD 1: “Diane” (15 minute time cap)

21-15-9 reps of deadlifts 225/155 and HSPU

*Challenge. Do as many strict HSPU prior to going to kipping. Although this will slow you down some, it is a great time to practice a few strict HSPU.

WOD 2: Tabata: Plank hold.
