  1. Bench press. 3 max effort sets @ 60% of 1 RM. Rest 2-3 minutes between efforts.
  2. Bulgarian split squat 4 x 8. Use a 35/20 pound DB in each hand.
  3. Pendlay Rows 4 x 12. 95/65
  4. 5 x 5 strict pull-ups.
