WOD 1: Back Squat 20-15-10-5. Start a new set every 3 minutes.

Set 1 (20) at 60%. Set 2 (15) @ 60% + 5 lbs. Set 3 (10) @ 60% + 10 lbs. Set 4 (5) @ 60% + 20 lbs.

WOD 2: 3 RFT:

400m run

30 box jumps 24/20″

30 WB shots 20/14 lbs.
